Your health data stays on your phone. The data the app reads from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iPhone) never reaches our server, so our support team cannot see it. Our server only keeps your account, profile, preferences, goals and the activities you log with Start and Stop.

Delete your account

Delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on this website at Delete your account. This permanently deletes everything our server keeps for you. Your data in Health Connect or Apple Health stays on your phone.
